Obituary

Julia May Bowden, daughter of W. A. and Rachel Bowden, was born in Scott township, Madison county, Iowa, April 1st, 1873, and entered into rest November 5th, 1894, at 11 o’clock a.m., aged 22 years, 7 months and 5 days.

At the age of 12 years she gave her heart to God and her hand to the M. E. church, and since that time she has lived a consistent Christian; she was indeed a light in her home.

Note: Burial was made in the Beem-Beardsley cemetery.
