Perry Eugene Denney, former Madison county resident, died at his home in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, January 2, 1938, at the age of 60 years. He had lived most of his life in Madison county, excepting 17 years, which were spent in Excelsior Springs. He had been in failing health for several months.
The deceased was born February 22, 1877, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was married to Rebecca Jane Stiffler, November 2, 1911. He is survived by her and their two children, Harry Eugene Denney at home and a daughter, Dorothy Hulbert of Lorimor.
Funeral services were held at Excelsior Springs last Wednesday.
