John Clear died at his home in this city at 4 o’clock yesterday morning and was buried the same afternoon under the auspices of the G. A. R.

John Clear, one of the old citizens of the county and member of the 39tth Iowa volunteers, died at his home in this city Tuesday morning. The funeral occurred Wednesday.
