East Peru - Mrs. Garst expects to start to Kansas soon; she was ready one week ago, but the serious illness of Charley Hogg's little babe hendered them as he and family were going also.

The little child of Charley Hogg died on Monday morning and was buried in the Peru graveyard.

Elder Creger preached the funeral sermon.
