Mr. Warren Shriver, second son of Capt. and Mrs. W. R. Shriver, for several years suffered the afflection of mental derangement and had been sent to the hospital for treatment. There his physical health gradually broke down and last week death relieved his sufferings. The remains were brought home last Saturday and on Sunday the funeral services were held at the residence of his parents in this city. The services were largely attended by friends and neighbors who heartily sympathize with the parents in their great sorrow.
