Death of Ethel Phillips

Macksburg, October 2, Special-Ethel, the year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Phillips, was found dead in bed Sunday morning, September 30th. The baby had not been well since birth.

The Reverend Mr. Carter conducted the funeral services at the Wesley Chapel church Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and burial was made in the Walker cemetery. Those from Creston attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. F. Tilman and Arthur and Earl Huffman.

Death of Infant

Ethel Marion Phillips, the infant daughter of Mr. adn Mrs. john Phillips died Sunday. The little girl was a year and twenty-two years old.

Funeral services were held Monday at Wessley chapel and burial was in Pleasant View cemetery.

Mr. Phillips is son of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Phillips of Macksburg.
