Obituary

Died of scarlet fever Lee Andrew and Thomas Franklin, sons of C. G. and Lucy Bertholf. Little Lee died on Tuesday, Jan. 8th, 1892, aged 4 years 7 months and 20 days. On Tuesday, Jan. 15th, 1892, Frank, aged 7 years, 3 months and 20 days, was called to dwell with Jesus and brother Lee.

Did not their heavenly Father, too, love our darlings so dearly that he took them to Himself in their sweet, pure innocence before they would ever know of sorrow in sin?

Heaven seems more brighter and glorious now because it is the home of our darling boys, while a loving Savior seems now more tender and endearing, because in his strong sheltering arms he holds our little Lee and Frank.
