Middle River

Mrs. Bruce went to Grant county, Neb. To see her sister who was very sick. And while she was there took suddenly sick and died the 22nd. The remains were brought back and interred in the Roberts cemetery.

Transcriber’s note: Transcribed as published, last name should be “Bunce”. They lived in Madison County in the 1850s and then moved over the county line into Adair county.
