John Ettien Dead.

John Ettien, one of the oldest settlers of the county, died at the home of his daughter in Los Angeles last week. He was eighty years old. Most of his children live in California and Montana, Mrs. George Wight, of Winterset, being the only one here. Mr. Ettien sold nearly all his property in this county years ago, retaining only the old homestead in Webster township.
