CHARLES I. BARDRICK

Charles I. Bardrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac G. Bardrick, was born in Webster, Madison county, Iowa, April 11, 1895 and died in Colorado Springs, Dec. 3, 1915, aged 20 years, 7 months and 22 days.

In the spring of 1902 he moved to Winterset with his parents, where he lived until about four years ago, when he started out in search of employment and finally got as far west as California, where he spent two years and came back to Council Bluffs to visit his mother and sisters, but after spending the winter there, his health began to fail and last spring he was advised to return to a warmer climate. He then went to Colorado Springs, where he took up photography, at which he was employed when stricken with pleural pneumonia, of which he died.

He leaves to mourn his death, his mother, Mrs. C. Bardrick; and three sisters: Mrs. W. L. Goodwin of Summerfield, Kansas; Mrs. J. J. Earp of Council Bluffs and Mrs. J. C. Thornburg of Winterset; also his intended bride, Miss Susie Stevens of Council Bluffs, besides a host of friends both here and elsewhere, where he has lived.

The funeral was held from the M. E. church at Webster and the remains laid to rest in the Roberts cemetery by the side of his father and one sister.
