Dr. John B. Duff died at his home in Cedar Creek, Nebr., on March 21st, 1922, following paralysis, which had afflicted him for about three years.
Dr. Duff was the last one of the family of Robert Duff, so well known in Madison county, 50 years ago.
Dr. Duff practiced medicine in Winterset in his early life, moving to Nebraska 40 years ago on account of Mrs. Duff's health. Older residents of the county will recall the doctor, professionally and socially. He was a partner for a time in Duff & Cox drug store.
Fuenral services will be held tomorrow at Cedar Creek. His niece, Mrs. George W. Pratt of this city, received the message announcing the death, but will not attend the funeral services.
