INJURIES FATAL TO JAMES BUSH

James R. Bush of Lorimor died Saturday, Feb. 28, in a Des Moines hospital, of injuries received in an automobile accident a week previously, on Saturday, Feb. 21. He was 28 years of age.

Mr. Bush was a life-long resident of Madison county. He was born at Cumming, Aug. 22, 1941, a son of Lloyd and Iva Dell Dodds Bush. He attended school at Truro, and was married July 22, 1961, to Kathleen Erickson. His married life was spent in the Truro and Lorimor communities.

Recently he had been serving as manager of terminal offices for the General American Transportation corporation.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Sheila and Laurie; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bush of near Murray; a brother, Andy, at home; and a sister, Mrs. Gordon Kennedy of Ames. He was preceded in death by a sister.

Funeral services were held this Tuesday from the Lorimor Methodist church, conducted by the Rev. James Seibert and the Rev. Richard Hempenius. Burial was made in the Lorimor cemetery.
