On Monday of last week deep sorrow entered the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mack Robinson when death took from them their dearly beloved little son, Harry Ernest, who had been ill for some two or three weeks. This little son and another child took sick the same day with something like cholera infantum and this little one has been taken from the home, the other child is better. Dear heart and broken parents, we prove our love to God who rules the universe by giving Him one of our choicest flowers and saying "Thy will be done."
Harry Ernest, son of Mack and Alice Robinson was born March 3, 1909 and died August 3, 1914 aged 5 years and five months. Harry was a bright active child and was loved by all who knew him.
The pastor of the family, Elder Ostrander of Des Moines, failing to reach here in time for the funeral, Rev. Johnson of the M. E. church of Peru was asked to officiate. Mr. and Mrs. Robinson have the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement. The funeral was conducted from the home Wednesday and the little body was laid to rest in the Peru cemetery.
