Our Chip Basket

We neglected last week to mention the death of little Carrie M. Bunce, grand-daughter of H. W. Hardy. Little Carrie died Sept. 24th, at Omaha, of dropsy of the brain. She was 8 months of age. The parents brought her to Winterset for burial. In the sad moments that come with such afflictions words are powerless.

Note: Carrie M. Bunce was buried in the Winterset cemetery.
