Jefferson Township

The measles and a number of other contagious diseases have been raging in Jefferson. One case, is the family of M. McBride, proved to be fatal, taking from the bosom of the family, one Cora.

Her death was a great shock to the family and neighbors, as it was almost entirely unexpected, and the family have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire neighborhood in this hour of their affliction.
