M. C. Morgan's mother, an old lady who lived five miles south of this place, was buried last week. The cause of her death was a fall on the ice and a broken limb.

Note: This is believed to be Nancy (Baxter) Morgan, wife of Harvey Morgan and mother of William C. Morgan.
