Martin C. Blohm, of Monroe township, was buried last week. Mr. Blohm was born in Schleswig Holstein, Germany, 1826. Came to America in 1870 and settled on a farm in Monroe township, where he resided until the time of his death. Mrs. Blohm, his wife, died last February. They had a family of twelve children, nine of whom are still living. Mr. Blohm was a member of the Lutheran Church and was a consistant member till the time of his death.

Note: Burial was in the Hamblin cemetery.
