Alexander Campbell, Sr., who resided on the Breeding farm, Scott township, from 1855 till 1869, died a short time ago in Appanoose county where he went when he left Madison. Mr. Campbell will be remembered by many of our readers by whom he was highly respected. He died at the ripe old age of 83 years.
