JOHN HAMILTON

John Hamilton was born in Kentucky, Sept. 15, 1821, and died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. H. F. Delong, Jan. 4, 1914, aged 82 years, 3 months, 19 days.

The funeral was held from his daughter's house on Jan. 5th, conducted by Rev. S. C. Howe and burial made in the Fields cemetery, by the side of his wife who preceded him some years ago.

He leaves to mourn his loss, three daughters, Mrs. H. F. Delong and Mrs. Geo. Patterson of Truro and Mrs. Myrtle Hiatt, who lives in the west, a number of grandchildren and friends, but he will be missed most in the homes of the daughters who have so faithfully ministered to his wants during his failing years.
