HENRY EAGAN, Bevington

A sad thing occurred in Bevington last Sunday evening, when Henry Eagan died at the hotel from tetanus resulting from sore feet. He had his feet badly frozen years ago and every winter has had a serious time from the effects of it.

He was a decided recluse and resented any offers of assistance living in an old shed in the house yard of Leo Rose. It appears that his feet became sore and he remained in bed, having on them a pair of sheep wanigans under rubber overshoes, which caused putrefaction and resulted in death.

The body is at Bussanmas undertaking rooms awaiting word from relatives, to whom telegrams have been sent.

The deceased has a daughter in Huron, S.D., one in Lake Arthur, L., and a brother in Galesburg, Ill.
