Caroline (Schoepflin) Wintermantle, his (John J.'s) wife, 1834-1871.

Transcriber's notes: Buried at Wintermantle cemetery, one of the earliest graves. Although the Cemetery has the name "Wintermantle", the correct spelling of the family for which it is named is "Wintermantel".
