Obituary

Daisy Clopton was born in Winterset, Iowa, Nov. 14th, 1883, and died suddenly in her home Monday morning, July 5th, at about 2 o’clock.

She was married to Charles Barrus, of this city, in March 1904.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband and two little boys, her father and mother, brothers and sisters, and very many friends, to whom she was devotedly attached by love and sincere friendship.

She was a devoted wife and mother, and her sudden death is hard to bear by those of her family who must live on till their life work is ended. But the God of all grace has promised to sustain every trusting obedient child who will meekly submit to His loving, disciplining providence, and say, Thy will, O God be done.
