BEVINGTON-The death of Mrs. Mary Morris, formerly Miss Mary Cutler, member of a pioneer Crawford township family occurred Jan. 8 at the Bishop Drumm home in Des Moines. She was about 77 years of age.
Mrs. Morris spent her life in Crawford township until after the death of her husband, the late Joe Morris. She had been at the Bishop Drumm home since November.
Funeral services were held Jan. 12 from Sacred Heart church in West Des Moines, with burial in St. Patrick's cemetery in the Irish settlement.
She is survived by a sister, Julia Cutler of West Des Moines; and a brother, James Cutler of Prole.
