Fairview
Grandfather Bowers, of Earlham, died at his home February 2d, and was laid to rest at Fairview Sunday, February 4. Rev. Shinn of ------- preached the funeral sermon. A small crowd attended the funeral services of Grandfather Bower. The majority of the good Fairview people were afraid to attend because the remains were brought from Earlham. We are sorry to state that some people are so easily frightened over little things. We noe extend our greatest and heartfelt sympathy to both the bereaved families.
