A telegram was received at the Madisonian office, yesterday morning telling of the death of Mrs. Mary B. Williams, widow of the late David Williams, former superintendent of the Winterset schools. Mrs. Williams died in Omaha, Friday and her funeral and burial services were held in Omaha, Monday morning, August 17th.
The Williams family lived here during the World War and took an active part in the affairs of the community. Mr. Williams was a former master of the Winterset Masonic lodge.
