GEORGE FAUX DIED IN DES MOINES

George B. Faux, a former resident of Madison county, died Saturday at Des Moines after a 3 weeks illness. He was 57 years of age.

Mr. Faux was born in Madison county, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Faux, but had lived in Des Moines the last 14 years. He was employed as a millwright at the Super Sweet Milling company.

Surviving are his wife; six sons, Lloyd, Calvin, Ivan and Charles Faux, all of Des Moines, George Faux of Kansas City, Mo., and Alfred Faux of Ft. Carson, Colo.’ His mother, Mrs. Fannie Faux of Winterset; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Sherfy of Polk City and Mrs. Almedia Olson of Des Moines.
