RICHARD R. ANDERSON DIES IN DES MOINES

Richard R. Anderson, a resident of Madison county and Winterset for many years, died at a Des Moines hospital May 20 of a heart condition. He was 82 years of age.

Mr. Anderson moved from Winterset to Des Moines 10 years ago. He was a member of Capitol Hill Christian church at the time of his death.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Boles and Mrs. Elsie Smith of Des Moines; a son, Eldon Anderson of Marshalltown; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday from the Hamilton Funeral home in Des Moines. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
