Alice W. Grosscup of Winterset, a life-time resident of Madison county, died Saturday, Sept. 2, at a nursing home here. She was 90 years of age.
Miss Grosscup was born in this county on Dec. 8, 1870, a daughter of Daniel and Isabel Ryall Grosscup. For more than half a century her home had been in Winterset.
She was a member of the Bethel United Presbyterian church here.
Nearest surviving relatives are nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Anderson-Wilson Funeral home, conducted by Howard Church, pastor of Bethel United Presbyterian. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
