MRS. KATHRYN OLIVER SERVICES HELD FRIDAY

Her Death Occurred Nov. 15 at Home of Son, Leonard Oliver

Mrs. Kathryn C. Oliver died Wednesday, Nov. 15, after an extended period of failing health. Death came at the home of her son, Leonard Oliver of near Winterset, with whom she had been making her home for the last 10 years. She had been a patient at the Peterson Nursing home here for considerable periods of time, also, during her residence here with her son.

Mrs. Oliver was 86 years of age. Most of her life was spent in the Mt. Pleasant community. She was born at Fairfield, May 28, 1864. Her husband, George L. Oliver, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, Leonard Oliver of Winterset and Harry Oliver of Chicago; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held last Friday from St. Joseph's Catholic church in Winterset, conducted by the pastor, the Rev. J. J. Judge. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
