Jeffrey J. Sawyer, 41, of Milford, Conn., died from complications of asthma April 1, 1998, at New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Conn.
Interment was in Riverside Cemetery in Shelton, Conn.
Jeffrey Sawyer was born March 9, 1957 in Winterset to Stephen and Jean Sawyer. He attended South Ward Elementary through the second grade, before moving to Milford, Conn. He was a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and was employed as a marketing director of Seaman's Furniture.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his father; two brothers, Stephen Sawyer Jr. and Kelly Sawyer, both of MIlford; one sister, Maureen Sawyer of New Bedford, Mass.; one uncle, John B. Sawyer of Valparaiso, Ind.; one aunt, Helen Sawyer of Winterset; and several cousins.
Arrangements were handled by Adzima Funeral Home in Derby, Conn.
