Graveside services for Esther Small, 100, were held Tues., April 30 at Roberts Cemetery with the Rev. Lisa Klein officiating.
Born in eastern Adair County to John L. and Sarah (Drake) Garrett, Mrs. Small left the area as a young woman, living in Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, and for the last several years, the Denver, Colorado. area.
Survivors include a sister, Gladys E. Rice of Winterset; nieces and nephews; and other relatives
