Long-Time St. Charles Resident Died There Last Wednesday
Funeral services were held last Saturday afternoon at the St. Charles Methodist church for Mrs. Stephen Bradshaw, a long-time resident of the St. Charles community.
Mrs. Bradshaw died last Wednesday at the age of 80. The former Emily Jane McClosky, she was born in 1871.
She was a school teacher in the St. Charles area for many years, later marrying Stephen Bradshaw, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Frances McCleary, Mrs. Lenora Fox and Mrs. Elizabeth McCleary; and one brother, Kenneth McClosky.
Officiating at the services last Saturday was the Rev. Eldon Haworth. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
