Patricia Lois Peterson, 62, of Burnside, died July 18, 1994 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services were July 22, 1994 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Burnside. The Pastor Milton Johnson officiated with burial at Callender Cemetery in Callender.
She was born Aug. 3, 1931 in Callender to LaVern and Lois (Curyea) Peterson. She married Wayne Peterson on Aug. 24, 1949 in Fort Dodge. She worked at Friendship Haven for the past thirteen years and was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Burnside.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; and three brothers.
Local survivors include a daughter, Myla Volz and husband, Tim of Winterset.
