Robinette Services

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, July 19, from Watts-Lindsay Funeral Home for Agnes Robinette, 89, who died Sunday July 17, 1977, at Winterset Care Center North. She was a resident there eight years.

The youngest daughter of William Green and Louisa Martin Payne, Mrs. Robinette was born September 22, 1887 at Licking, Missouri. She was married to Jasper Robinette on August 28, 1905, at Sadle, Texas. They moved to Madison County in 1915.

The Robinettes retired in Lorimor and Mrs. Robinette was preceded in death by her husband in 1951.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Vera Lord, Perry and Mrs. Manera Heath, Winterset and two sons, Harold of Lorimor and Archie of Des Moines.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Those preceding Mrs. Robinette in death besides her husband were her parents, five brothers, four sisters, a daughter, Ivone Hartman and a grandson, Donald Hartman.

Officiating at the 1:30 p.m. services for Agnes Robinette was Rev. Lyle DeFord. Burial was made at the Lorimor Cemetery.
