Sue Reineck, 48, of St. Charles died of cancer Sept. 20, 1998 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services were held today (Wednesday, Sept. 23) at St. Charles Parish with the Rev. Ed Poston officiating. Burial was at St. Charles Cemetery.
Sue Reineck was born Jan. 9, 1950 in Des Moines to Forrest Marvell and Genevieve Virginia (Ross) Hart. She married Steve Reineck on May 22, 1971 in West Des Moines. A resident of St. Charles since 1974, Sue was employed by Ziegler of Des Moines as a secretary since 1973.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband; one son, Kurt Reineck of St. Charles; five brothers, Steve Hart of Sioux Falls, S.D., Mike Hart of Bon Aqua, Tenn., Doug Hart of Nimrod, Minn., Leo Hart of Charles City and Mark Hart of Winterset; and one sister, Michelle Eckstein of Peru.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Collins Funeral Home in Winterset.
