Jeremy Wade Snyder, 24, of Iowa City died Aug. 14, 1999, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Funeral services were held today at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Presbyterian Church in Winterset with the Rev. Carol Swanson Poston officiating. Burial was in Winterset Cemetery.
Jeremy Snyder was born July 23, 1975, to Ricky Lee and Julia Ann (Wiles) Snyder of Winterset. Jeremy, a 1993 graduate of Winterset High School, was a lifetime resident of Winterset. The last five years were spent in Iowa City attending the University of Iowa.
He is survived by his father, Rick Snyder of Winterset; his mother, Julia Bardwell of Winterset; two brothers, Michael Snyder and Brandon Bardwell, both of Winterset; grandparents John and Dorothy Snyder and Robert and Glenda Tuttle, all of Winterset; and a great-grandmother, Vida Snyder, also of Winterset.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Collins Funeral Home in Winterset.
