William Harold Waller, 75, of Winterset, died June 29, 1995, of lung cancer at Des Moines General Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services were July 3, 1995, at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with the Rev. Don Frank officiating. Burial was at the St. Charles Cemetery in St. Charles.

He was born in Decatur County, Iowa, July 20, 1919, to William and Della (Perdue) Waller. He married Lyla Clarke on October 20, 1940, in Albany, Missouri. He was a retired farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and one sister.

Surviving relatives include his wife; two sons, William Waller and wife Barb of Oskaloosa and Kenneth and wife Katherine of Waverly; a sister, Pauline Schwartz of Ottumwa; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
