Mrs. Anna F. Sparks, a resident of Madison county for 60 years, died at a nursing home here Tuesday, June 21, 1960. She was 81 years of age.
Mrs. Sparks was born in Jasper county on July 7, 1878, a daughter of John and Diana Winfrey Renfro. She was married to Everett Sparks on Dec. 25, 1900.
Surviving are her husband; a sister, Martha, of Prairie City, and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 1 p.m. from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Robert A. Owens of the Winterset Christian church. Burial will be made at Prairie City, with grave-side services there at 3 p.m.
