A memorial graveside service for Gertrude T. Phillips, 99, will be held Tues., July 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Winterset Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips died July 4, 1993 at Conway Regional Hospital in Conway, Ark.

She was born in Winterset on February 26, 1894 to Robert and Jessie (Tidrick) Terrill. She married Howard Phillips and later moved to Ames and then Des Moines. She moved to Arkansas in the late 1980s. She was a homemaker and a member of the Plymouth Congregational Church in Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by her husband, five brothers and one sister.

Surviving relatives include a son, Robert Phillips of Fairfield Bay, Ark.; a granddaughter, Pamela Phillips of Oklahoma City, Okla. and two great-grandchildren.
