DONALD C. SORENSEN, Oklahoma

Donald C. Sorensen, 73, of Tulsa, Okla., died Jan. 1, 1999. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 5, at the First Christian Church Chapel in Tulsa. Local visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, with a Masonic service being held at 7 p.m.. Burial will be at Winterset Cemetery.

Donald Sorensen was born July 3, 1925, in Exira, Iowa. He was a retired payroll auditor for Mid-Continent Casualty Company. Donald was a member of the First Christian Church in Tulsa and was a 32nd degree Mason with Adel Masonic Lodge 80.

He is survived by his wife, the former Doris Cummins, of Tulsa; one sister, Jean Jones of Falls City, Neb.; one sister-in-law, Helen Comp of Winterset; two nieces; and two nephews.
