Services for Carolyn S. Mount, 40, Des Moines, who died Sunday, March 11 at Luther Park Health Center of complications from a stroke 18 months ago, were held Wednesday afternoon, March 14 at the First Christian Church in Winterset. Burial was at the McDonald-Chase Cemetery in Madison County.
She was born in Stuart and was a secretary for the Iowa Department of Revenue.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Martha and Harold Clarkson of Winterset; brothers, Stanley of Lorimor and Robert of Flint, Mich.; a sister Martha Vandenbusch of Huntington Beach, Calif.; three half-brothers and a half-sister.
She was preceded in death by her father.
