Tim Kordick, 40, died Oct. 27, 2006.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held today (Wednesday, Nov. 1) at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in West Des Moines. Burial was at Winterset Cemetery.
Tim Kordick was born March 31, 1966, in Winterset to Glenn and Kathleen Kordick. He was a graduate of Winterset High School and the University of Iowa. For the past 15 years, Tim resided in West Des Moines and worked for Meredith Corporation as a systems engineer. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Elizabeth Kordick and Everett and Mary Jane Thurman.
He is survived by his parents, Glenn and Kathleen, of Winterset; a sister, Jill Kordick of North Liberty; and two brothers, Ted Kordick of Winterset and Greg Kordick of Jersey City, N.J.
Memorial contributions in Tim’s name may be directed to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund, 607 W. Green St., Winterset.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Brooks Funeral Care in Clive.
