Word has been received here of the death of G. G. Carter of 3009 1st street Des Moines, who was the oldest son of B. F. Carter of this county. He had been in ill health for the past three years, and died at the home of his daughter in Des Moines on Monday, July 20th. Funeral services were held Wednesday, at Dunn’s funeral home in Des Moines, and burial was made in Nevada. Mrs. Claude Ewick is a half sister and Mrs. B. D. Little, a niece of Mr. Carter.
