ANDREW ROBINSON DIED ON SATURDAY

Resident of Madison County Since 1900 Was 85 Years of Age

Andrew Robinson, a resident of Madison county since 1900, died at the Will Shoemaker home in Winterset last Saturday. He was 85 years of age.

Mr. Robinson was born in Delaware county, Iowa, on May 7, 1859, the son of William and Sarah McKee Robinson. He was married March 20, 1879, to Sarah Allen Stockdale. They were the parents of four children, three of whom survive their father. The wife and mother died in 1938.

The surviving children are Clifford M. Robinson of Winterset, Clem E. Robinson of Central City, and Mrs. Maude Walker of Winterset. He also leaves 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. One son, Claude B. Robinson, preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home, in charge of the Rev. L. F. Davis. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
