1962MRS. GRACE LULL DIES AT 57 YEARS
Had Been Correspondent for Madisonian at Patterson Past 13 Years
Mrs. Howard Lull of Patterson died Monday, April 2, at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset, after an illness of a few weeks. She was 57 years of age.
Mrs. Lull had served as Madisonian correspondent at Patterson for the last 13 years. She was formerly employed in Des Moines by Des Moines Foods, Inc.
She was the former Grace Strable, born in Warren county Jan. 23, 1905, a daughter of John H. and Emma Lodge Strable. Her home had been in Madison county for the last 34 years. She was a member of the Patterson Methodist church, where she was affiliated with the Women's Society of Christian Service.
On Oct. 24, 1928, she was married to Howard Lull, who survives her. She also leaves two daughters, Mrs. JoAnn Busch of Macksburg and Mrs. Marjorie DuBois of Des Moines; and two sons, Dean and Jack Lull of Des Moines; in addition to six grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Carrie Stout of Des Moines.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. this Wednesday from the Patterson Methodist church, in charge of the pastor, the Rev. W. C. Trembly. Burial was to be made in Mt. Pelier cemetery at Patterson.
