Earnest F. Lehman, Des Moines

Graveside services for Earnest F. Lehman, 72, Des Moines, who died Dec. 15 after complications following stomach surgery at Broadlawns Medical Center, were held Wednesday morning, Dec. 18 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Des Moines.

Mr. Lehman was born in Laramie, Wyo., and was the eldest son of Frank and Georgia Lehman. He had lived a few years in Winterset.

Survivors include his wife, Stella; sons, Ralph of Price, Utah and Jack of Austin, Texas; daughters, Georgis Swenson and Jenny Welder, both of Des Moines and Betty Berry of Winterset; and a brother, Albert of Winterset; 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
