NETTIE FIFIELD Dies At 84 Years

Mrs. Nettie J. Fifield of Bevington died Monday, Aug. 26, 1968, at Memorial hospital in Winterset. She was 84 years of age.

Mrs. Fifield was a long-time resident of Bevington, where her husband, the late Frank Fifield, operated a service station for many years.

She was a native of near Monticello, Ill. where she was born Feb. 11, 1884, a daughter of Ira D. and Katherine Rinehart Widick. She was married to Frank Fifield in 1919. His death occurred in
1943.

She was a member of the Methodist church.

Surviving are two sons, Harry and Edward Shull, of Cisco, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. Leon Shotton of Decatur, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; a brother, John Widick of Rockwell City; and three sisters, Mrs. Irene Hefley of Edison, O., Mrs. Louise Lane of Columbus, O., and Mrs. Katherine Marsh of Long Beach, Calif.

Funeral services were held Thursday from the Collins Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. William E. Bowles, pastor of the First Christian church of Winterset. Burial was made in the Wallace cemetery at Wick.
