Funeral For Kinnaird Child

Tammy Lynn Kinnaird, seven-year-old daughter of Corwin and Dixie Tipling Kinnaird, died Friday, May 20, 1977, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. She had entered the hospital February 1 and underwent surgery for removal of a kidney. She remained hospitalized until April 4 and was undergoing treatment at the time of her death.

The child was born March 10, 1970, in Winterset, and was a first grade pupil at Winterset schools. The family is affiliated with First Christian Church.

Survivors include her parents, Corwin and Dixie Kinnaird; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Kinnaird of Patterson, Iowa, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Harding of Eddyville, Iowa, Dale Tipling of Tucson, Arizona, and two brothers, Darrin and William Kinnaird.

Funeral services for Tammy Kinnaird were conducted Monday, May 23 at 1:30 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home, Rev. David Livingston officiating. Burial was made at the Winterset Cemetery.
