LINDSAY JOBSON DIED HERE MONDAY

Lindsay R. Jobson, a well-known resident of the Winterset community most of his life, died Monday, Jan. 20, at his home in Lincoln township. He was 73 years of age.

Mr. Jobson was born at Fredonia, Kan., on Sept. 9, 1890, a son of John and Susie Barnes Jobson.

During World War I he served in the U. S. Army and was a member of the American Legion here.

Funeral services were held here Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the Collins Funeral home, with the Rev. John C. Porath, pastor of the First Methodist church of Winterset, officiating. Burial was in the Winterset cemetery, with military honors at the graveside.
