G. W. Frazier of St. Charles died at his home there on Wednesday of last week after a long period of failing health. He was 79 years of age, and for the past four months had been confined to his bed.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. H. C. Neal of Des Moines, and two granddaughters, Mrs. Charles Bishop of Paris, Tex., and JoAnn Neal of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held last Friday from the Methodist church and burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
